Two-year project to the highest quality standards, on budget and two weeks’ early completion. The project involved conversion of a 15 storey office building into a 20 storey mixed-use development, including 14 storeys of luxury apartments, four floors of car parking and two floors of office space.
RedCrow NZ Limited supplied and installed all passive fire protection systems according to New Zealand Building Act 2004 Clause C, the AS4072.1-2005 components of passive fire protection quality assessment and the AS1530.4-2005 fire stopping materials fire testing standards
